In episode 150 of The Physical Performance Show Brad Beer shares a conversation with Commando Steve.
Commando Steve Willis is well known for his career on The Biggest Loser. Steve started his career serving in the military over a 10 year career culminating and completing work in the Second Commando regimen before exiting the military. Then with his personal training qualification quickly becoming one of the most loved personal trainers on Australia’s Biggest Loser.
On The Biggest Loser, Steve featured for 10 consecutive seasons and in more recent times Steve featured on Australian Survivor Champions vs. Contenders. Along the way, Steve is prolific with his involvement across a variety of health, wellness, and fitness endeavours including Commando Kids, Commando Camps, Workouts and Warriors, along with book publications including Commando Steve No Excuses, Get Commando Fit and Get Commando Fit Cookbook. Steve is really in so many ways a great role model particularly for men, he is someone that can get the job done but in a compassionate way.
Like the Physical Performance Show, the Gold Coast Marathon encourages runners of all ages and abilities to push their boundaries and strive to complete a personal challenge.
