In addition to authoring books, Adharanand is an avid runner himself a very handy runner with numerous sub three hour marathons to his name, Adharanand is a well respected journalist for The Guardian and also writing regularly for the Financial Times, The Daily Telegraph, Runner’s World Men’s Health and many others.
