Arild Tveiten is the Triathlon Norway Head Coach, Sports director of the Norwegian Triathlon Federation, knows the endurance training world, along with the fundamentals that underpin endurance sporting success. In recent years as reflected by the clean sweep in 2018 by the Norwegian Triathlon men, Norway has really positioned itself as such a strong force in the world of Triathlon and endurance sporting community. Kristian Blummenfelt, former featured performer of the show episode 117, in fact holds the fastest time ever recorded 70.3 triathlon with a sweltering 3:29:04 set in 2019.
