David McKeon is an Australian dual Olympian Swimmer and 400M Freestyle 2018 Commonwealth Games Champion.
During this episode David takes us through his highs, lows and learnings as they relate to his swimming career. David’s highs have been the Commonwealth Games Gold Medals, Olympic Representation and there’s been lows, David shares openly around the recent shoulder surgery that he had following the 2018 Commonwealth Games and the challenge in the battle that lays before him as he seeks to get back to his physical best leading into the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games.
